I got that subject in my spam folder this morning...

There's a certain appeal to it, although I'm still confused as to why the spammer thought it would sell more hoodia.

In other news,

-It's hot here

-I'm fucking exhausted after two days of work. A big deployment is getting launched tomorrow night, and I'm at the point now where people are suggesting changes and I'm all like the site is getting launched tomorrow night and I don't really care the two boxes on the right side don't align within a few pixels of each other. Why didn't you care about this a few weeks ago when I was asking about it?

-Two meetings tomorrow, neither of which I am ready for but that I have to work on stuff for tonight. bleh.

-I am working with a "highly touted as being smart by the IT head" programmer on the deployment. After trying to figure out why some stuff wasn't rendering properly, I found out it was his CSS causing the problems - I know he bitched about my earlier versions of the site CSS to the IT head. Must mention fact to IT head, even though I know that the programmer doesn't give a shit about design really and just hacked out what he could.

-I was vindicated last week when programmer had his all div'ed layouts unable to render properly, and so he returned back to the hybrid css and table layout that I had suggested originally.

-I wore a skirt and had my hair up today and had a few looks.

-It was more than deja vu the other day when I was reading a music blog and saw a picture the lead singer of a particular alt rock band. As it turns out, I am pretty damn sure I noticed him in a line at a certain Grand Opening in NYC a few weeks ago.

-As of 12:01 am midnight I will have health insurance again. I inadvertently let the cobra deadline lapse on my old work insurance...and, well... yeah.

-I have the dreamlife of a hyperactive Walter Mitty.

That is all.
